Our Help Desk System is the quickest and most efficient way for you to get in touch with our company.

It allows us to track your service request or support query and send it to the correct person, while at the same time watching over our technicians to insure quality service. If possible, please utilize this system for all inquiries.

Please call us if you have if you have an urgent support issue or sales questions regarding our products or services. We receive many phone calls per day and prefer to keep all support inquiries online for organizational purposes.

View Help Desk Ticket & Thread

Through our automated help desk, you can view responses made to your tickets and post replies to them. If your problem is solved you can also close the ticket so that there are no more replies made to it.

Retrieve Lost Ticket Code

If you are trying to access a ticket you've created in our automatic help desk system and cannot find your login code, use this from to enter your E-mail address and have your login information sent there.

Please only enter the E-mail address that you used when you originally created your ticket, any other address will not work correctly. Your code will be E-mailed to you automatically once the correct address is entered.


Support Charges and Additional Fees

Please feel free to contact our support deptment at any time with questions regarding our products and services. We will not charge you anything for help with using, or installing our products or services as long as:

  • The issue is, in fact, with our product or service.
  • The issue is not related to, or does not require our assistance in installing third party software, or software requirements that are published on our website.
  • The support issue takes no more than 15 minutes telephone support time, or logged-into-server support time to solve.
If your issue is related to a third party product, the product information was made public on our website and it takes our tech more than 15 minutes to help you install it, you will be invoiced $75.00 per hour in quater hour increments.
